Conclusion
Ever since my retrenchment in heavy sports training, I could help to put on some weight due to excessive intake in high carbohydrates and proteins foods. So I'd tried several healthier method to help in my diet plan. But without determination and perseverance, I've failed to resume or maintain in these previous plans. For the drinking of Melilea Greenfield Organic, it works for three months but finally I gave in to its bad taste. I couldn't make myself continuing it after being tortured by the taste for three months. I've not continue jogging due to safety level of my neighborhood and lack of pardner to motivate me.
After studying about the transtheoretical model and the stages, I came out with a better plan to succeed in my diet plan. I found that by combining and carried out several ways (eating less and more meals, swimming and jogging or walking my dog) at the same time might be more affective as more aspect as been worked on. However, the action stage to observe the effectiveness in this diet plan is too short to obtain any obvious reduction in weight. During the action period, I was unable to apply my diet plan as frequent due to poor health condition and unsuitable weather. To conclude the results in less than two weeks time prove to be insufficient in the time aspect. I believe, if the given time frame is stretch to one month length, the results can be more convincing and for further maintaining or improvement.
In the commencement of this diet plan, I've realized no matter how well a diet plan is designed, but potential and chances for relapse is still high if it is carried out alone. In my previous experiences, I'd carried out the consuming of organic drink alone and without company, I was unable to jogging alone. However, in this new diet plan, most of the the activities were carried out with my housemates. With acquaintance, most of the activities are done in group. Results can be compared to increase each others motivation to perform better. At the same time, when I was being lazy or tired, with their encouragement and sometimes provoke, we were able to complete the task with each others help.
Following & Tracking
Since 6th February 09' I've beginning to implement my plans as the previous post. So far I had been cooking with my housemates some diet consisting mainly of vegetables and less deep fried meals. We've gone swimming several times and brought my dog for walk as well.
But so far due to my bad health condition, I have not been able go swimming and to bring my dog for walk regularly everyday. Other than that the swimming pool was out of service few days as well because of the pool water treatment and circulation. The pool's water turn greenish as the management department did not clean the pool properly. During rainy days, I was effete to go swimming nor walk my dog as well. Breed dogs like mine are not advisable to be walked outdoor during rainy days, for this can encourage the growth of fleas.
Therefore, again there is no significant improvement regarding my weight in this less than two weeks time.

Planning
Eat Less but more meal. To prevent from eating more oily foods which can lead to increasing in weight due to high fats content, me and my housemates decide to cook at home. By doing this we can plan our menu and meals portions to attain a balance diet. Besides that, few of us can monitor each others' diet and motivate each other at the same time. Some of my friends that had tried the eat less but more meal method and from their experiences this method can work. So I have more confidence in trying out this plan.
Change jogging to walk my dog. Since I have a dog, I will try to walk my dog around my condo area during the evenings everyday except for rainy days. By doing this, me myself can have some light exercise in the same time I can bring my energetic dog for some exercise as well.
Swimming. Since our condo area have a swimming pool, I will make use of it. Me and my housemate plan to swim at least once a week. Swimming can burn calories at a rate of about 3 calories a mile per pound of body weight. Apart from that, swimming can promote better cardiovascular and muscle health. With better health condition, chances of getting sickness will reduce as well.

Analysis of my Previous Experience
According to this theory I always relapse in the 'Action' stage as I face difficulties to continue with my actions such as my first activity of consuming the Melilea Organic. i find it difficult to continue due to its taste. So I failed to continue on with this first plan and started off with my second plan - changing eating habits. Therefore, I started from the beginning of the transtheoretical stages which is precontemplation, contemplation, preparation and action.
But all my three previous experiences never reach the maintenance stage as I couldn't find stronger determination to continouesly carry out all these actvities.

Good Cholesterol vs. Bad Cholesterol
Cholesterol to the general public is considered a very bad term, but do you know actually there is both good and bad cholesterol that every person is going to experience? Everyone has some amount of cholesterol in their body, and if you don't you most likely have thin blood or bleeding disorders. Cholesterol can be good for your body and lead to a healthy life in to the future. So let's discover a little more about cholesterol and how it can be both good and bad for your body.
Inside the small particles that make up cholesterol there are additional little particles that are knows as molecules. These tiny molecules are also known as carrier particles, carrier molecules. The carrier particles are going to be made up of proteins that are found in the foods that you eat. Proteins are often found in meats and in nuts, and in similar type foods. Because cholesterol is a type of fat, and because fat can't dissolve in water, these carrier particles that are attached to the cholesterol
The particles that are in your blood will aid in the digestion and in the carrying of the cholesterols through out your body. The good carriers and the good cholesterol are known as the apportions and the bad cholesterol being carried by the proteins are also known as lipoproteins.
The high cholesterol levels are known to be associated with arteriosclerosis. If you have a higher level of cholesterol that is naturally processed and produced in the body, you are known to have high density lipoprotein. The higher levels of good cholesterols are going to help your blood flow easily through your body. With high bad cholesterol, your blood doesn't flow as easily through your body, as it is thicker and can't move as easily.
Cholesterol in your blood is not usually going to be high, and it is not always going to be high. You can manage the bad cholesterol in your body by having it checked every year, by cutting back on the fats that are on the foods that you eat and by cutting back on the stress in your life. Adding exercise to your life, and adding medications as suggested by your doctor is going to give you the best overall effects for lowering your bad cholesterol.

Is Multivitamin Supplements Really Necessary?
Multivitamin supplements industry is a huge business. Many said that these supplements are unnecessary, while others contended that they’re more essential than ever. They’ve been a source of controversy and debate for many years. Why?
Vitamin supplements have been around for a good long time in one form or another. Cod liver oil for instance was widely given to children daily since 100 years ago. Those same children would never have dreamed that one day people would pay lots of money not only to take fish oil, but to take it more than once a day. You’ve probably seen the daily vitamins sold in most stores that even many doctors are now grudgingly stating are fine to take regularly.
The heart of the controversy is both the types and potential of many supplements. Often a single dose contains a nutrient or nutrients in such high concentration as to be completely impossible to consume in a proportionate amount of foods that contain that same type(s) of nutrient or nutrients.
Many in the medical establishment insist that this is at best a foolish and at worst a potentially dangerous practice. They state that some nutrients, being water soluble, are simply passed through the system and others that are fat soluble can be absorbed into fat reserves in hazardous levels if ingested without caution.
Those who support the use of supplements counter that passing part of a dose of a water soluble nutrient is worthwhile because it ensures saturation of that nutrient at a cellular level, maxing out the body’s available supply. The supplement industry itself has added precautionary statements to their labeling to warn of the potential hazard of ingesting a high level of fat soluble nutrients.
Even so, for vitamins and minerals, there is some monitoring by the Food and Drug Administration. For others that are not recognized as essential nutrients, the truth becomes less clear.
Benefits may only be implied at best, with statements denying solid evidence of any now a requirement of law. How much garlic do you need each day? How much feverfew? There still remains no way to know other than the assertions of alternative health care proponents.
If you truly desire to take multivitamin supplements, start with small doses under the advice and supervision of qualified professionals such as a registered dietitian. After all, they’re not called supplements for nothing.
